Your Food Map is a food-by-food summary of your own recorded history. Each food gets a card with a few simple numbers: how many exposures you logged, how many completed check-ins followed them, and how many follow-ups are missing.

It also records preparation (cooked, raw, fried, blended) and the last time you tried the food. Those details matter more than people expect — the same food can behave differently depending on how it is prepared.

The Learning badge

Foods with little recorded evidence carry a "Learning" badge. That is not a verdict — it is an honest statement that there is not enough of your own evidence yet to say anything at all.

Enough of your own evidence changes the badge over time. Until then, the map is simply showing you what it knows — and what it does not.
