StomaWise Privacy Policy
This page describes the current StomaWise data handling in plain language. It covers the app and this public website.
StomaWise lets you keep a personal record of food, hydration, output, symptoms, and recipe outcomes. Your history is stored on your iPhone by default. This public website does not ask for health information; its support form requests only a minimal issue description. StomaWise does not use your health history or log content for analytics.
You can choose to create a CSV export or an encrypted backup from the app. These actions are started by you. Keep exported files and backup passwords in places you trust, and review a file before sharing it.
StomaWise Plus subscriptions are Apple-managed subscriptions, and StoreKit remains the purchase and restore mechanism. RevenueCat is integrated for subscription entitlement handling: after verified StoreKit activity, it may receive an app-generated opaque identifier and subscription or entitlement metadata so its CustomerInfo result can confirm Plus access. The app does not send health history, log content, profile data, email, Apple ID, or custom health attributes to RevenueCat.
Optional encrypted cloud sync is not available today. If a future cloud service is activated, it will be described here before use and will require a separate, explicit choice.
This public site currently uses Cloudflare Web Analytics to measure basic page-performance information, such as load timing and the page or referring URL. Its browser beacon does not use cookies or read your StomaWise records, log content, or support-form values. The support form opens a draft in your email app; this site does not send or store that form submission on its own servers.
