Keep the details that matter to your day. Record the context. Notice your own patterns. Return to your history and see your personal record in context, including when there is not enough information yet.

What you can log: output, meals, hydration, and symptoms. You can also log recipe outcomes. Record a meal, drink, output, symptom, or recipe outcome as it happens. Add the details you choose to keep.

That same journal can hold an ostomy output log, a stoma food diary, an ostomy hydration tracker, and an ostomy symptom tracker. An ileostomy output tracker belongs in the same personal record as a stoma diary or ostomy output chart — on your iPhone, not on a public profile.

There are no accounts, public profiles, or health-data forms on this site. You choose what to record. The public website does not ask for or collect health information.

Your logs stay on your phone. Records stay on your iPhone by default. Local by default. Encrypted cloud sync is a future Plus option. For people anywhere, the default is the same: your health history stays on your device.

This public site does not collect health information, offer accounts, or include a health-data contact form. StomaWise does not use your health history or log content for analytics.

Cloud sync would be Plus-only, intended for worldwide availability after activation, and always behind a separate explicit consent. It is not available today. Optional encrypted cloud sync is not available today. If a future cloud service is activated, it will be described on the Privacy Policy before use and will require a separate, explicit choice.

StomaWise lets you keep a personal record of food, hydration, output, symptoms, and recipe outcomes. Your history is stored on your iPhone by default. Local history, by default. No account is required to keep an ostomy output tracker on your iPhone.

Exports and backups remain your choice in the app: you can choose to create a CSV export or an encrypted backup. These actions are started by you. Keep exported files and backup passwords in places you trust, and review a file before sharing it.

StomaWise is free to download on the App Store. Planned pricing is kept simple. StomaWise Plus is being planned as a direct StoreKit purchase. There is no third-party paywall and no purchase form on this site.
